Viscojet Dyeing System, developed for the difficulties of viscose dyeing and the needs of textile dyeing companies in today's competitive conditions, enables safer and more economical dyeing of all viscose.

In the Viscojet System, dyeing begins after Viscopol EDP is applied to the raw fabric. Then the painting continues with salt and dye.

3 g/l soda and Alkaline Viscose with a buffer character of up to 2.0 g/l are used for dark colors.

With low soda usage, environmental pollution decreases and pH is buffered within the range of 10.8-11.2 even in the presence of up to 600 ppm bicarbonate.

Efficient dye extraction is achieved with Alkaline Viscose. Alkaline Viscose and soda dissolve in the same environment and are dosed in approximately 20 minutes.

After painting is finished, a flood drain is done for 2 bath changes and two cold rinses.

After rinsing, wash with ViscoClean without the need for neutralization.

Dyeing is generally completed after a short wash at high temperature and an additional hot wash.
