The article titled Techniques for Creating Ideal Reactive Dyeing Media was published as a newsletter as a supplement to the Textile Technology Magazine. Written by Mr. Reşat Uca in 2003.
The process of dyeing cotton with reactive dyestuffs is more difficult than other dyeing due to the change in the process due to many parameters. The painting theory is very developed. Although the theory was well known, the process could not be controlled since auxiliary chemicals could not provide sufficient control until now.
In line with the developing theory, process control is now easier with Colin® products produced in the light of all new scientific and theoretical applications.
Impurities from fabric, which had not been paid much attention until recently, are now known. Until 2001, this issue was investigated in detail and towards the end of 2001, DECOWET® BS was produced and offered for the “best” solution of this problem. Studies on the activity of the product were carried out at TEKBOY Tekstil A.Ş. and presented to academicians at the Chemistry Congress held at Boğaziçi University. Thus, many problems experienced in bleaching have been eliminated.
As a result of our studies on bicarbonate problems and pH changes since 1999, approximately six chemicals have been produced and problems have been tried to be reduced. Alkalin® and ComplexoBuffer® are now at your service as the best chemicals we have ever produced.
