Sulfur Residue Test Kit

The Sulfur Residue Test Kit is designed to quickly and reliably detect sulfur dioxide (SO₂) and sulfite residues remaining in process lines after food production. It is particularly suitable for grape processing, dried fruit sulfuring, wine production, and other food processes where sulfur compounds are used.

Based on the colorimetric method, the test provides a clear visual response: sulfite ions reduce the dye, causing the green color to fade. The degree of fading correlates with the sulfite concentration, enabling the detection of trace SO₂ levels in mg/L. This kit allows facilities to perform rapid post-cleaning verification (CIP/SIP) and ensure food safety and regulatory compliance.
