Concentrated SBF (c-SBF) is a 10-fold concentrated version of the original Kokubo SBF formulation. It provides time and volume savings in laboratory settings, with a shelf life This long and portable formula reduces standard SBF preparation to just a few minutes. Before use, it is diluted with pure water at a ratio of 1:9 and directly converted into an ISO 23317 compliant SBF solution.

Instructions for Use and Storage Conditions

• Must be diluted with pure water at a ratio of 1:9 before use

• After mixing, the pH value is 7.4 ± Balanced to 0.05

• Should be stored at 2–8°C, protected from direct sunlight

• Should not be frozen, should be stored in glass or HDPE packaging

• Shelf life: 6 months (in sealed bottle)
